REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE BLEND IN THIS SUPPLEMENT!

- I ordered this mainly for the Monolaurin, as I've heard so much good about that and how good it is for the body in general, and that it is also supposedly good as an antibacterial and antifungal supporting supplement. I use oil of Oregano for the same properties and have had excellent results (plus pain relief) and wanted an alternative and different supplement to switch between - so decided Monolaurin is a great supplement to choose. And seeing how it is combined with other supporting ingredients made this product a winner for me.
- I take this first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, to avoid burps - which can sometimes occur with the oils in this supplement. I do the same with the oil of Oregano as I get oregano burps with it if I don't take it on an empty stomach a few hours prior to eating. So far, I feel a general overall feeling of wellbeing and less general body pain and stiffness. If this continues, and I have more improvements this just may end up being a regular daily supplement and not just a switch off (might replace my oil of Oregano - and that becomes the switch off supplement).A little pricey, but not completely unexpected for the quality of the product.

- I suffered from stiff knee and stiff neck pains for over 6mos now without knowing the causes. As i was introduced by a friend to this supplement that contained natural ingredients which I prefer more. After about 1 week, i felt good improvement to my stiff neck movement and going up and down the stair more easier rather than stepping up one foot at a time. The second week, I can go up and down the stair at a faster pace, my neck is more flexible turning left or right. I am into my third week now and hope to be able to move normally without the slow motion syndrome that bothered me so much.
- The ingredients look simple enough and don’t contain weird stuffs which I like. If it works and can heal my pain, then it is worth an investment. Hope for the best and be fully active in a month so I can hit the gym again. Give a try if you suffer knee frozen, neck stiffening like me, my sincere quest for living a normal good life.

- I bought this product for my aunt. She often feels cold and has a low appetite. After using this product, she feels warm from the inside out and is eating better. Sometimes she can slightly smell the aromatics of the soft gel when she burps but other than that, this product helps my auntie have an appetite to eat and more energy to get up and go. It’s working for my aunt!

- A large percentage of depression is caused by malnutrition and poor diet. I've been taking these liquid vitamins once a day for several months, it has drastically improved my clinical depression. I tried to treat it through a lot of medications, some of which I was resistant to and others which weren't worth the side effects.

- I don’t eat enough vegetable, but I eat a good amount of protein and some fruits. I bought this to accommodate the nutrients I don’t get from my diet. It doesn’t give me superpower, but that’s not the point. The point is, take your vitamins! Give it a TRY!
